Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner has already moved an application for the withdrawal of the writ petition supported by an affidavit.
In view of the above, as none of the respondents have any objection, the application for withdrawal No.1 of 2019 is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
