Pandya, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court today, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to make a representation before the concerned authority. Permission as prayed for is granted. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. It is however observed that if such a representation is preferred by the petitioner, the concerned authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.
