Present civil applications have been filed by the applicants-original claimants for withdrawal of amount of the award, stating that not a single penny has been received, though the land in question is acquired, pursuant to the notification dated 03.02.1994.
Heard learned advocate Ms.Amrita Ajmera and learned AGP Ms.Trusha Mehta. Having heard rival submissions and considering the fact that no amount has been received, the interest of justice would be served, if 50% amount is permitted to be withdrawn by a/c payee cheque to the respective applicants, after due verification on usual terms. The civil applications are disposed of. Rule is made absolute.
