Mr.Ashish Dagli, learned advocate for the applicants has placed on record the affidavit-in-rejoinder, the same shall be retained on record.
Mr.Ashish Dagli, learned advocate for the applicants further submits that pursuant to the order dated 25.02.2011, on 28.02.2011, detailed representation was made by the applicants to the respondent no.2 and till date, no reply is received.
Upon such submission being made, Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent no.1-State submits that time may be granted, so that appropriate information can be collected regarding the out-come of such representation.
