JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer in the petition has become infructuous, in view of G.O. (4D) No.5, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (M.C.I) Department, dated 05.10.2016, constituting the Town Vending Committee and the proceedings of the Commissioner of Corporation in RDC.No.007/2016, dated 1.11.2016. It is now for the petitioner to approach the Town Vending Committee for redressal of his grievance.
2.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 stands closed.
