Gandaji vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|10 February, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr. KL Pandya learned APP waives serivce of rule on behalf of the State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to reconstruct his house.
It appears that the convict has enjoyed the temporary bail for 67 days in the year 2011 and thereafter, he made applications three times for one reason or another which came to be rejected.
Under the circumstances, the ground is not inspiring any confidence. Hence, the application does not deserve to be granted and therefore, the present application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
