[1.0] Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original respondent Nos.5 to 15 to review the earlier order dated 13.04.2011 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application No.1601/2009.
[2.0] Shri Vyas, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants and Shri Bachani, learned advocate appearing on behalf of contesting respondents and considering the impugned order passed by this Court, as such this Court has not expressed anything on merits in favour of either parties, more particularly, the contesting respondents even with respect to their alleged ownership. This Court has only passed an order that the disputed entry in question be continued, however, subject to the rider that same was always be subject to ultimate outcome of the suit. No case is made out to review the same order. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of learned advocates appearing for respective parties and more particularly as the suit is of 1999, the concerned learned trial Court is hereby directed to finally decide and dispose of the aforesaid suit being Regular Civil Suit No.223/1999 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the present order without fail. All concerned are directed to cooperate the learned trial Court in early disposal of the aforesaid suit within stipulated time as stated herein above.
[3.0] With this, present application is disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
