Counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant relies only on two clauses in the entire document which run into over 100 pages. Xerox copies of such document is already produced on record. Upon the applicant producing typed copies of the relevant clauses of the document, requirement for producing entire typed documents is dispensed with. All other objections shall be removed latest by 24.2.2012.
