Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the State.
It is submitted by learned advocate for the applicant that the applicant has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 2-4-2012 passed in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.3645 of 2012. One of the conditions among other conditions was to remain present before the concerned Police Station on 5-4-2012. However, the applicant could not remain present and hence, the present applicant is filed seeking modification of the order and instead of 5-4-2012, the applicant be permitted to remain present on 12-4-2012.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, condition No.8(b) imposed on the applicant by this Court vide order dated 2-4-2012 passed in Misc.Cri.Appln.No.3645 of 2012 is modified to the extent that the applicant will now remain present before the concerned Police Station on 12-4-2012 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. All the other conditions imposed on the applicant in the order passed dated 2-4-2012 passed in Misc.Cri.Appln.No.3645 of 2012 will remain unaltered. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. D.S. is permitted.
