Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his cousin brother.
By separate orders being recorded in Criminal Misc. Application No.4490 of 2012 and Criminal Misc. Application No.4573 of 2012, the father and the uncle of the groom are being enlarged on temporary bail and, therefore, discretion does not deserve to be exercised in this application.
The application is rejected accordingly. Rule discharged.
