It is informed that Mr. Hathi, learned advocate for the respondent No.1 has filed sick-note. Therefore, hearing is required to be adjourned.

However, considering the grievance made by the petitioner, party-in-person, the hearing is adjourned to 16.6.2012 when the petition may be heard despite absence of learned advocate for the respondent No.1. If the learned advocate for the respondent No.1 would not be available on the said date, necessary alternative arrangement may be made.
