This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the case in C.C.No.877/2014 now pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Tambaram and quash the same and pass orders.
R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr 2.The parties are present and their identification is also noticed. On the basis of the compromise entered into between the parties and also upon perusal of the affidavit of the defacto-complainant, the case in C.C.No.877 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is quashed and the affidavit, filed by the defacto-complainant is placed on record. With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.Nos are closed.
