JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply the returns and re-present the final report in Cr.No.734 of 2013, before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet filed earlier got returned and subsequently it has not been represented till date.
3. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor taking notice for the respondent, seeks sufficient time to represent the same.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to represent the charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
