Public Prosecutor ORDER The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the case in Crime No.335 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent to some other independent agencies like C.B.I. or C.B.C.I.D and to investigate the matter and file final report before the competent Court within the time prescribed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in the case in Crime No.335/2015, investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet is also made ready. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the Jurisdictional Court.
3. The said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The second respondent is directed to file the charge sheet before the Court concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
