This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.39951 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015.

It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No. 39951 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015 has been complied with and in support of the said contention, the learned Special Government has produced the Government Order in G.O.(3P)No.9, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (P.A.4) Department, dated 27.02.2017. Recording the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader the Contempt Petition is closed.
