2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given the representation as early as on 30.03.2017, the 1st respondent has not considered the same and passed orders sofar.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation for the and pass orders, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
