The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the suspension order dated 16.02.2004 passed by the first respondent and for a consequent direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all monetary and service benefits.

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent have submitted that subsequent to the suspension order, charge memo was served on to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, he was dismissed from service.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
