Sri.C. Jagadish, Special Counsel for Respondent No.1.
2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally. Records perused.
3. In this petition, the petitioner has challenged the validity of the impugned notice dated 10.11.2014.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the controversy involved in the petition is squarely covered by an order dated 13.02.2019 in W.P.No.6479/17.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the order dated 13.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.6479/2017, the impugned notice dated 10.11.2014 is quashed. However, the respondents are granted the liberty to take action against the petitioner if so advised in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
