This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Misc.Case No.2/2018 (G.D. Sharma Vs. Suhail Qureshi and others) filed under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant's application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is pending since 4.1.2018.
Considering the fact that the said application is pending since January, 2018 and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
