Considering these facts and circumstances, this application is partly allowed. The order passed by the Sessions Court dated 4.2.2012 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.387 of 2012 is hereby quashed and set aside. The applicant no.1 is ordered to be released on temporary bail for two(2) days from the date of his actual release on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with like amount of surety with the trial Court and that he shall surrender before the jail authorities on expiry of the temporary bail period.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
