1. Heard Mr.A.G. Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant.
2. Perused the FIR and order passed by the Trial Court. It appears that against loan amount of Rs.4 lakhs, the applicant has deposited about Rs.3,28,208/- towards the same and is ready to deposit the entire amount which the bank is demanding from the applicant.
3. Rule, returnable on 17.01.2012. Ms.Chenta Shah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
4. The applicant shall not be arrested in connection with I-C.R.No.83 of 2011 registered at Bhiloda Police Station on 04.12.2010 till the next date of hearing on condition that he deposits amount of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) with the Trial Court before the returnable date.
