As the Court has issued fresh Notice to the respondent on 30.03.2012, pursuant to the desire expressed by Mr.A.C.Gandhi to retire as advocate for respondent No.1, Registry may not show the name of Mr.A.C.Gandhi as appearing for the said respondent.
It is not clear from the Board whether Notice to respondent No.1 has been served, or not. Registry to make a specific submission in this regard.
