Time to remove office objection is granted upto 28th March 2012, failing which matter shall be dismissed for non proseuction. If the objections are not removed on or before aforesaid date, Registry is directed to notify the matter on 30.3.2012 for appropriate order for dismissing the same for non prosecution.
