The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to first respondent to decide Case No.T-201914360106644 (Faujdar & Ors. v. Gaon Sabha & Ors.) under Section 41 LR Act within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the first respondent to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
