The petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 9.7.2019 and submitted that the order has been passed without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel, in opposition, states that this ground can be taken before the Appellate Court as there is a statutory Appeal available to the petitioner.
Under such circumstances, if an appeal is filed within the statutory period of limitation then the same shall be decided within a period of two months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of.
