Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the respondents.
By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar, to decide the Complaint Case No. 77591 of 2017 (Smt. Farheen Vs. Mohd Kalim), under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20 and 22 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Colonel Ganj, District Kanpur Nagar within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
