… Respondents (By Sri. E. S. Indiresh, AGA) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-4 to consider the applications dated 14.02.2018 and 26.04.2018 filed by the petitioners at Annexure-H and J respectively expeditiously and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioners.
Sri. E. S. Indiresh, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.1.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to remaining respondents.
2. Record perused. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the applications dated 14.02.2018 and 26.04.2018 submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-H and J respectively.
3. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to take suitable action on the applications submitted by the petitioners, if not already decided in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
