Learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain typographical mistakes have crept into the writ petition. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
As and when the fresh writ petition is filed, copy of the same shall necessarily be served upon Shri Prashant Sharma and Shri Manish Nigam who appear for the sole respondent in this petition.
