By impugned order dated 7.1.2019, the Prescribed Authority has permitted amendment in the release application.
After some argument, counsel for the petitioner states that he reserves his right to challenge the impugned order alongwith final order passed in the proceedings, if occasion arises for challenging the final order.
Accordingly, without interfering with the impugned order at this stage, the instant petition is disposed with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
