Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to fourth respondent i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Allahabad to grant financial approval to the petitioner for the post of Assistant Teacher in the institution in question pursuant to Government Order dated 28.08.2015 within stipulated period. It is contended that for redressal of his grievance the petitioner has already made representation dated 12.02.,2018 before the fourth respondent and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the fourth respondent to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
