JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By way of the present application, the applicant-convict has challenged the order dated 03.11.2011 passed by the Collector, Vadodara rejecting the application of the applicant for releasing him on parole leave on the ground of sickness of his mother.
2. I have gone through the order dated 03.11.2011 as well as the jail record of the applicant-convict. It appears that when the applicant was released on temporary bail by this Court in the year 2000, the applicant absconded for a period of 327 days and was arrested thereafter. It also revealed that when the applicant was released for the first time on furlough leave in the year 2004, the applicant absconded and was arrested after about seven and half years.
3. In support of the application with regard to sickness of his mother, the applicant has not produced any medical evidence so that the same can be verified.
4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application deserves to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed accordingly.
