By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the third respondent i.e. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Kanpur to forthwith take decision on the application of the petitioner dated 2.12.2016 under Rule 25 (2) (v) of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971 in respect of Deoria Depot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined the prayer only to the relief that the application dated 2.12.2016 may be considered by the appropriate authority.
Heard Sri Shri Krishna Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R.K.Singh, learned counsel has appeared for the respondent no.2 and Sri Gyan Prakash Singh, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 3 by filing his appearance slip today, is taken on record.
The writ petition is disposed of finally at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, with a direction to the third respondent to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
