Learned counsel Ms. Vyas to supply advance copy of the petitions to learned counsel Mr. Y.C. Contractor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. In matters involving similar controversy, this Court has issued necessary directions to the respondent-University vide order dated 09.07.2012 passed in Civil Application No.7722/2012 in Special Civil Application No.971/2012 and allied matters.
3. In view of the same, it is directed that if in respect of the students of the petitioner-Institution, the Examination is to be held on 06.08.2012, then the respondent-University shall also permit the students of the petitioner-Institution to appear in the said examination to be held on 06.08.2012.
