JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice pending admission returnable on 5th March, 2010. In the meantime and till the returnable date, there shall be an ad-interim relief staying the operation and implementation of the award. As the matter is yet to be heard on admission, the Court deems it fit to differ the question of granting order with regard to Section 17B of the I.D. Act, 1947.
