1.After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition to pursue the statutory remedies, otherwise, available to it. 1.1. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the Court bundle.
2.Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
