JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that, the drugs seized from the petitinoer do not come under the NDPS Act. Hence, the case was transferred to Economic Offence Court, Egmore, for taking further action under Customs Act. Hence, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives in the petition.
2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Petition is dismissed as one having become infructuous.
