JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have submitted an application before the respondent for issuance of purchase certificate. The above application was numbered as S.M.240/2007 as evidenced by Ext.P1.
In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent to dispose the application submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all affected parties within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
