Electro vs Gujarat

When the petition is called out and taken up for final hearing, learned Advocate for petitioner is not present. On his behalf, request for adjournment is made. The petition has already been admitted. Certain interim directions were issued. However, the Division Bench has set aside the order dated 20.01.2011 under which interim directions were made. Since at the request of learned Advocate for petitioner hearing is required to be adjourned, S.O. to 9th July 2012.
