Heard Mr.D.C. Dave, learned Senior Advocate with Mr.Jigar M. Patel, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate that in spite of the fact that the petitioner has paid premium upon the land in question on 10.01.2006, respondent No.1 has, by passing the impugned order dated 27.06.2011 (29.06.2011), rejected the Revision Application of the petitioner on the ground that the premium is yet to be determined. The learned Senior Advocate further submits that the proceedings in respect of the land in question have been going on since the year 2004 and only on this ground, the authorities have not mutated the entry in the revenue record in favour of the petitioner.
