Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No.783 of 2017 u/s 147,148,302, 323, 324 IPC PS Roza District Shahjahanpur.
Perusal of record shows that specific role has been assigned to the applicant. Injury is also present. Eye witness account is also present along with injured witness. It is a broad day light incident.
Thus, looking to the seriousness of the allegation as made in the FIR, gravity of offence and the severity of punishment, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out at this stage.
Accordingly, bail application is rejected at this stage.
