1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:
"8(A) fix the Special Civil Application No.7157 of 2002 for hearing at an early date, and/or"
2. The petition has been preferred in 2002. The other old/senior matters are pending in the cause list for final hearing. If the request as prayed for is granted then it would amount to allowing out of turn hearing to the applicant. Under the circumstances, it does not appear appropriate, at this stage, to grant out of turn hearing by allowing the request made by the applicant. However, the office is directed to list the petition in the cause list of final hearing in due course and as per its seniority.
3. With the aforesaid directions and clarification, the application is disposed of.
