2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2017, the respondents have not considered the same sofar.
3. Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.B.Kesavan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
