Challenging the order of the first respondent dated 08.06.2005 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to upgrade his Tamil Pandit Grade II Post as Grade I Tamil Pandit Post from 25.02.1971 instead from 01.01.1974 , the present writ petition has been filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition is of the year 2005 and the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
