Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the first respondent in Rc.No.1595/Admn.VI-2/2006, dated 17-03-2007, as arbitrary, illegal, capricious, opposed to the principles of natural justice and null and void and consequently direct the 1st respondent to accept the request of the petitioner to continue the Principal of the College for one year i.e., upto 30-
11-2007.”
At the hearing, Sri Deepak Misra, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the petitioner has already completed his academic course by appearing in the examinations afresh, he is not seeking to pursue this Writ Petition.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.19593 of 2007, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
