Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal,J. Hon'ble Vipin Chandra Dixit,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel.
In proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 the land of the petitioner was demarcated and boundary marks were fixed.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid boundary pillars have been uprooted by unknown persons. Therefore, respondents be directed to get them re-fixed.
The re-fixation of boundary marks requires consideration of the factual aspects as mentioned above.
Accordingly, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate comprehensive representation before respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation/application is filed, respondent no. 2 will hold enquiry into the matter and after verification of the facts ensure fixation of necessary boundary marks, if the land of the petitioner has already been demarcated and boundary pillars were erected previously.
The writ petition is disposed of.
