The Vakalatnama filed today by learned counsel for the petitioner be taken on record.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.616 of 2014 (Dulari Devi Vs. Satya Narayan) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhatapar Rani, District Deoria may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.616 of 2014 (Dulari Devi Vs. Satya Narayan) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
