JUDGMENT / ORDER

Matter was called out twice. On both the occasion none has remain present on behalf of the Corporation. Mr. Hakim submits that stand of the Corporation in not complying with their own assurances maintained in the earlier affidavit in reply deserves some direction. The Court is of the view that an opportunity must be afforded to the Corporation before passing any order. Hence adjourned to 11/7/2012. No further time shall be granted.
