JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.37526 of 2016, by order dated 26.10.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the judgment of this Court dated 16.11.2015 made in W.P.No.35715 of 2015 (Dr.N.Santhy Vs. The Director of Collegiate Education) and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. R.SUBBIAH, J., ssv
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.10.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order dated 26.10.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
