JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to hand over all the original certificates of the petitioner which have been retained by the fourth respondent, so as to enable the petitioner to attend the DNB counselling on 02.09.2016.
2.When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already received all the original certificates which were retained by the fourth respondent. Stating so, he submitted that the matter in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
4.The Deputy Director of Health Services, Udhagamandalam.
