Madras High Court|08 September, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of appointment of the fifth respondent. The foremost thing the petitioner has to do in the writ petition is to file a copy of the appointment order of the fifth respondent, which has not been done. Hence, this Court is unable to entertain this writ petition.
